Nothemba George Attorneys (“NGA”) established over a decade ago is a female black owned law firm with offices at Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. The firm provides legal services in various fields of law to state entities, parastatals, private companies and individuals.

NOTHEMBA GEORGE
DIRECTOR
Nothemba George obtained her LLB Degree at the University of South Africa. She is an admitted attorney, notary public and conveyancer. Nothemba has been practicing as an attorney for 10 years.
Before establishing George Incorporated Attorneys, Nothemba practiced with Bibi Rikhotso Attorneys wherein she was employed as a candidate attorney and thereafter as an associate attorney. She gained a lot of experience on Litigation, Commercial Law, Property Law and on specialized fields of law, i.e. Conveyancing and Notarial Practice.
XOLANI BANGO
ASSOCIATE
Xolani Bango obtained his LLB Degree at the University of the Transkei in 2003. He was admitted attorney in 2007 and has been practicing as an attorney for 14 years.
He served his articles of clerkship at Mpitso Attorneys for two years then moved to Maletswa Attorneys where he was employed as an associate for four years. He thereafter took an offer of being an associate at NGA where he is still working in that capacity to date.
Throughout the years Xolani Banga has been exposed to various areas of law such as Litigation, Labour Law, Town-Planning, Foreclosure and Procurement Law.
NONKULULEKO ZITHA
ASSOCIATE
Nonkululeko obtained her LLB degree at the University of Limpopo (“Turfloop Campus”). Nonkululeko joined the law firm as a candidate attorney in March 2019. Nonkululeko was admitted as an attorney on November 2020 and was immediately appointed as an associate at the law firm.
Nonkululeko is exposed to various fields of law practised within the firm. She gained a lot of experience on Civil Litigation, General Litigation: [Road Accident Fund] Criminal Law, Town Planning and Property Law.
PALESA MOTLOUNG
CANDIDATE ATTORNEY
Palesa obtained her LLB degree and PGDLL at the University of Johannesburg (UJ). Palesa is working as a candidate attorney in the office.
Palesa is assisting the director at the office and is exposed to various fields of law practised within the firm.
